5 MW Chittaranjan Locomotive works (CLW)

This is a 5MW Project located at West Bengal and was done through Azure Power and there were various challenges due its high altitude and angle as Labour movement was very difficult. Lots of approvals required as there were safety issues.

This project is spreaded in all districts of UP (75 nos of sites ranging from 10kW to 120 kW)and karnataka ( 12 nos of sites ranging from 10kW to 100 kw)Several challenges were there such as approvals,material handling,manpower handling and deliverables in two months.

4.6 MW SECI Project

This project in different prominent colleges and government offices such as IARI PUSA in Delhi.
Several challenges were there such as government approvals for net metering and CIEG, material handling, manpower handling and deliverables in two months.

4.5 MW Jhansi Project

One of the biggest project of railway at that time

Several challenges while executing this projects:

The height of the shed was very high.
GI sheet was in rusted condition, So we had to paint before Structure installation.
Cabling work was very tough because the roof was in a zig zag manner.
Due to the railway track between cable route ,We had made a bridge for cable crossing.
Atmospheric temperature was very high,so the team does work in days as well in night.

These two solar ground mount projects with BESS system of sizes 205kW & 250kW at 11kV to meet the demands of the auxiliary consumptions of the substation.

IPGCL 465 KW 2018 – 2019

This project is done through Hero Future Energy at KIT & Kalindi Institues.

RaysExperts 63 MW Solar Power Park Technical Audit and Performance Assessment

This project is an EPC of 2.5MW cumulative solar PV power plants along with its subsequent O&M work post commissioning. The solar PV power plants comprises of four 250KW project each at Aurangabad, Hyderabad, Rajmundary, Amravati and one 1.5MW power plant at Bawal, Haryana. The 250KW Aurangabad and Hyderabad projects have been commissioned in March 2016. The planned commissioning timelines for the remaining underway projects of Rajahmundry, Amravati is April 2016 and that of 1.5 MW Bawal solar PV power plant is May 2016.
